world cup 2010 group stage analysis

i'm not really an expert. but i insist on giving my two cents on the upcoming 2010 world cup group stage.

South Africa, Mexico, Uruguay, France

who will advance?
france and south africa (mexico could be dangerous though)


Group B
Argentina, Nigeria, Korea Republic(South korea), Greece

who will advance?
argentina and greece (south korea is the dark horse here)


Group C
England, USA, Algeria, Slovenia

who will advance?
england and usa (i'm almost sure about england and usa, both teams have something to prove)


Group D
Germany, Australia, Serbia, Ghana

who will advance?
germany and ghana (should be easy for germany and ghana)


Group E
Netherlands, Denmark, Japan, Cameroon

who will advance?
netherlands and denmark (but they should watch out for japan)


Group F
Italy, Paraguay, New Zealand, Slovakia

who will advance?
italy and slovakia (walk in the park for italy)


Group G
Brazil, North Korea, Ivory Coast, Portugal

who will advance?
brazil and portugal (group of death !!!)


Group H
Spain, Switzerland, Honduras, Chile

who will advance?
spain and switzerland (spain should be happy, switzerland is quite lucky to be in this group)
