i've came up with this list as a result of the best pork bbq debate the other night (after our sixth beer, naubusan na yata kami ng pag-uusapan hence the food debate). here's my list by ranking.

what do you think? legit list? i hope i did not miss any of the big players in the bbq business. hehe. i'm sure you are quite surprised to see a relatively unknown maknok as my number one. taste it to believe it. why don't you give it a try?
