since i’m planning to start running again after a four month hiatus, i’ve been visiting the "running blogs" i used to follow. running blogs can really be helpful. these blogs keep you updated with race schedules, equipment reviews, and training/race day tips. let me share to you my favs.

start running. it’s the cheapest way to be healthy. a bottle of beer tastes a hundred times better after a running workout. trust me on this.
