entourage

i just finished watching the final episode of the hbo hit series the entourage. there are rumors that a movie is in the works. same thing they did for sex in the city. now i'm praying that the rumors are true!

what do i think of the last episode? i do think they did a pretty good job. fitting end to the 7 year hilarious journey.

i'll definitely miss the crazy bunch... especially johnny drama and turtle. lol.

chelsea fc vs barcelona fc 1 - 0

the blues are on a roll! they played a very disciplined and tactical defense... and only relied on counter attacks for offense. personally, i do think it is the most effective way to win against the best team in the world right now.

chelsea's physicality and patience seemed to give barca's offense a hard time getting their groove on. way to go guys.

this holy week, church simplified mounts its fourth installation of walkway: reflections on the stations of the cross, the widely successful interactive art exhibit that attracted tens of thousands of people in bonifacio high street.

i was at boni high st last night and the place was swarming with people. to those who decided to stay in manila for the holy week, you might wanna drop by walkway 2012.

i'm planning to get my advance open water certification this sunday and monday. let me know if you wanna join. it will be at immo sail resort in anilao batangas.

for the room rates,

3,500 per pax (overnight single non-aircon w/ 4 meals)
2,800 per pax (overnight twin room aircon w/ 4 meals)
2,600 per pax (overnight win room non-aircon w/ 4 meals),

tribute to satoshi kon

i was introduced to satoshi kon by erika. i was running out of stuff to download, and i asked her for suggestions. she kinda forced me to check out 'paprika'. and as the cliche goes... the rest is history. after 'paprika', i got hold of 'tokyo godfathers'... then 'perfect blue', and just a couple of days ago, 'millennium actress'. i can't really pick a favorite coz all are really good... but i think 'millennium actress' is something that could be made into a hollywood film. and it has the possibility of it being as "epic" as james cameron's the titanic (with the right director of course). i maybe exaggerating a bit but who knows right?

currently in my must-watch list is satoshi kon's 13 episode television series - paranoia agent. i have so much faith in this genius that i know i won't be disappointed.

rest in peace satoshi. you are immortal for many of us.
