i had it coming. the long hours at work, sleepless nights, crappy diet, and my unwavering affection for beer... i guess this is expected.

the three nights i spent at mmc is maybe a wake up call. i'm not young anymore, and i need to take better good care of my body. so i better slow down...

good night. the sedative i took (i think it's sencor) 30 minutes ago is starting to kick in.

book 8: mockingjay

the worst book of the trilogy but it is still worth reading. it just unfortunate that suzanne collins wasn't able to sustain the energy and suspense of the first two books.

summer blockbusters of 2011

watched fast and the furious 5 and thor this week. both were impressive - great way to kick off the summer blockbusters season. kenneth branagh was a good choice to direct thor. his background on shakespeare definitely was a big factor in bringing thor successfully into the big screen. f5 is the second best, or perhaps the best, of the action-packed franchise.

looks like 2011 has a interesting line-up of big-budget, popcorn-inducing, highly entertaining over the top summer flicks.

happy mother's day

my friend who read my previous post commented how come i don't have an entry for milfs in the local showbiz scene. since it's mother's day, i'll give in to his request.

1) geneva cruz - first one who comes into mind. deserves to be #1 in this list.

1) jamilla obispo - one of the reasons why i did watch pbb a few years back. haha.

2) valerie conception - check her out in the new calayan billboard along guadalupe, edsa. hoping to see more of her. haha.

4) mylene dizon - i still have the fhm issue with her as the cover girl. it should be considered as a collector's issue. haha.

5) eula valdez - a milf and a cougar. that's one hell of a lethal combination.

i'm stressed again and as usual i need to think of happy thoughts. haha.

1) diane lane - at 44 years old with one child, she's more smoking that women half her age. need proof? watch unfaithful.

2) brooke burke - i couldn't believe it when i found out that she's already 37 with 4 children! good genes...

3) mila jovovich - the reason why fifth element will be a sci-fi classic.

4) jessica alba - a perfect example of a 10.

5) demi moore - i just can't exclude her. she may not be everyone's favorite but we can't deny that she looks good for her age.

kaos

hmmm. the title is very appropriate. kaos is a chaotic mix of singing, dancing, magic, and acrobatic stunts. and when i say chaotic, i don't mean it in a derogatory way. we actually had lots of fun. looking forward to more world-class entertainment to be staged in the newport performing arts theatre.

also, start saving money. cirque de soleil is coming to town in two months.
