it was a spur of a moment thing. friday night... we decided that spending the weekend here in manila is kinda lame. so we planned to head to baguio sat afternoon. it was not bad of a drive. it only took us around 5 hours. thanks to sctex!!! it was my first time to visit to baguio on a january. man, it was freeeeeeeeeeezing!!! 9.5 degrees!!! the manager of the bed and breakfast place where we stayed mentioned that usually the temperature is at it's lowest/coldest around first to second week of february. hmmmmm. i’m tempted to go back. on our drive home sunday afternoon, we thought that it would be nice to pass by our lady of manaoag shrine/church. again, my first time.
we got home dead-tired, but i arrived to work monday morning feeling refreshed, energized, and battle-ready for a loooooooooooooong crazy week.
sometimes... all we need is a one hell of a weekend to get us back on track.
